With the recent U.S. and EU regulations that have caused the obsolescence of many older standard components, it is becoming increasingly difficult and costly to obtain repair parts for our older analog products.

For this reason products that are no longer in production will be serviced pending the availability of components from manufacturers. Be assured that MRC will continue to make every attempt to service these products in a timely and economical manner, however typical turnaround times may be affected by the age of the equipment and/or the lead-time of components

It is also important that you are aware that equipment that has been out of production for approximately 10 years or more will no longer be supported. Please click here for a current listing of products that MRC is no longer able to support.
